Flexibility is a technical index to determine whether locks are easy to use. It includes the opening and closing of locks, the insertion and pulling of keys, the activity sensitivity of locks, handles, lock tongues and other transmission parts.

Door lock confidentiality refers to the safety and reliability of the lock after closing and the ability to prevent foreign body from opening. Each group of keys of the lock has different number of teeth and the rate of opening each other is an important index. The door lock is produced and tested in a series of processes, such as, lock cylinder, lock body, trim die-casting, assembling and so on. After each lock is completed, the production staff should check every lock they have made, and then take out the digital display spring tension and compression tester (endurance tester), the salt water endurance tester for locks, and so on. Spray test machine; lock tongue closure life test; torsion spring durability test; image measuring instrument (digital size detector) and a series of detection procedures.

We clean the surface again, check it completely, pack it again, count the quantity before shipping. The procedure is complex, but Fuyu Hardware employees take each procedure seriously, in order to produce high-quality products.
