02. Smart locks are high-tech devices, and the operating environment significantly affects their performance. Environments with high levels of dust or airborne corrosive substances can severely impair functionality. Therefore, it is recommended to install the lock only after room renovations are complete to ensure optimal performance and extend the lock's lifespan.

03. The quality of the installation directly impacts the lock's functionality and longevity; professional or experienced personnel should handle the installation.

04. Different door-opening configurations require different hole placements on the installation template. Before marking the door, you must determine exactly which holes on the template correspond to the specific opening method of your door.
