We are a OEM & ODM door lock manufacturer with 30 years, and in 2016, one of our customer asked to add tuya app, since then, this app is getting more and more popular, but still many customers don’t know how to connect it, so now I am going to show you how to connect our smart lock with tuya app by wifi.
1.Download the tuya app with your mobile, below is the tuya smart app icon.
2.The login page displays when you open this app, just log in with your user ID and password, if you are a new user, please choose sign up and get a new account.
3.Add device
4.Choose Security & Video→Lock(Wi-fi)
5.Select 2.4 GHz Wi-fi Network and enter password.
6.Confirm the indicator is blinking rapidly
7.Now time to set the lock, press “” , and enter the menu by master’s fingerprint/password/card.
8.Scroll down to the “Mobile Phone”→””Add Mobile”
9.When it successfully connected, you can see a small phone shape icon in the screen.
10.Open the app, you will see the lock is connected, and now you can open it to unlock or set one time password, etc.
