FUYU'S IN-HOUSE R&D AND PRODUCTION

Fuyu Hardware is one of the major door locks manufacturers in China. Fingerprint locks are relatively common in the market, however, most of the factories in China purchase the core modules from Europe and the United States, technology is not independent. Insufficient concentration will inevitably lead to increased costs. In order to control costs, some manufacturers purchase unqualified modules, and the production process is insufficiently controlled, resulting in the low safety and reliability of smart door locks. Therefore, Fuyu CEO Mr. Liang believes that smart door lock, as a complex safety electromechanical product, must have many years of manufacturing experience in order to ensure the in-house production for safety and reliability of molds and accessories.
